Property Management Pricing FAQ’s
The management fee is contingent on the plan that you choose and the amount of rental income your property or properties generate. Let’s say that your multifamily property generates 2300 per month. If you chose our gold plan the Management fee would be $230 per month + tax. (2300X0.10=230 + tax)
No. Our Management fee is based on the revenue generated per month. If a unit is vacant, the revenue is lower and therefore our management fee (for that month) is reduced. However vacant units still get attention as a value add benefit.
Most of our clients come to us after trying or having a bad experience with the budget option. Oftentimes the budget options cost more in the long run. A poorly managed property usually sells at a discount as it has a poor track record. We do not have hidden fees or markups buried in convoluted jargon. We are investors ourselves and understand what it takes to manage and maintain a property and our fee structure reflects that.
